Unable to get accept invite to company org

This is an account issue.
My company has two organizations in VAPI. At this point they're unable to invite me at all (Unable to invite user error).
Prior to this they were able to invite me to one org successfully, but I could not accept the invite to the other, I kept getting routed to the login screen when I select "Login with Google".
I tried deleting and re-creating my account, had them try again, but now we can't get passed "Unable to invite user".
How can I resolve this issue?
