Here's the callid: 019e933d-bd60-7cc9-a042-8f126d518170 I already pass the customer's phone number in the prompt but anyway, the convo made it that it asked for the phone number. I guess the audio kept getting bad everytime the guy says "eight" but how can we make it so that it doesn't bug like that?

Hi! I can help troubleshoot this. It sounds like a speech-to-text recognition issue, especially with numbers like “eight” being misheard. I can review the call logs, prompt setup, and VAPI configuration to improve number capture accuracy and add validation steps so the AI confirms phone numbers correctly. @Mistermanu#000

Hi, Thank you for sharing the call ID. After reviewing the call, we found that the caller's audio was not clear throughout the conversation. Due to the poor audio quality, the speech could not be recognized accurately, which is why the assistant was unable to understand the user's input correctly. From the logs, this appears to be related to the audio being received from your telephony provider rather than an issue with Vapi itself. We recommend checking with your provider to determine why the voice quality was degraded. Additionally, we can see that you're currently using a Twilio configuration. For improved reliability and audio quality, we recommend using a SIP trunk configuration with Twilio instead of the standard setup. https://docs.vapi.ai/advanced/sip/sip-trunk Thank you.

Thank you! I guess I was confused and thought you guys were already integrated with Twilio so I didn't need to do SIP trunking. It seems like it's working fine most of the time so are you saying I should still do SIP trunking for all my customers? What difference will I see? I'm an ISV so I have customers under my main account and customers on sub-accounts, will SIP trunking support that?

Hi, If everything is working well for your use case today, there's no need to switch to SIP trunking. We mentioned SIP trunking as a potential option because it can provide more direct control over call routing and, in some setups, may help improve reliability or audio quality
