Hey here it says that deepgram supports Bulgarian https://developers.deepgram.com/docs/models-languages-overview but I dont see it in the VAPI dashboard. Can this be updated?

It wasn't added on the types due to which you are getting this issue, but I have added a PR to fix this issue, and probably it will be fixed by today.
