Hi, I created an assistant on the dashboard interface, if I use an english voice it works, if I switch to a custom Italian voice in 11labs or playht I get this error: An error occurred in this call: pipeline-error-first-message-failed Any hint?

Well, I still can't use Italian voices on Playht or 11labs. I would like to choose an existing italian voice but I always get pipeline-error-first-message-failed

try this: for transcriber, go w/ deepgram, model nova 2 then for voice, azure, voice it-IT-isabellaneutral

As I told you, azure voice works, but play ht or 11labs does not.

I'll play around with this and see if i can figure out issue
