I had an issue where the AI Agent asks the customer for their name. At the end of the call, it called the user by a name that was used in a previous call. Is there a bug where it seems that the context of one call sometimes gets put into another one? In my case, each call should be a unique conversation.

Thanks, that's what I thought - so what I experienced was definitely a bug. I know you guys are getting overwhelmed with support stuff & questions but if you need some info from the call IDs to see what I mean, let me know. Btw - Love what you guys are doing, keep it up!
