inbound agent not picking up

I'm trying to call an inbound assistant with a phone number that was purchased through VAPI but all that happens when I call the agent is I hear a voice saying 'awaiting currence' or something like that, then it ends the call. Also no call logs show up.
Apparently the error is "Error Over Concurrency Limit." but there isn't 10 calls happening at the same time. It's only 2 max.
Maybe it's because the calls are happening back to back so they seem to still be in an active state even though the calls are over.
The issue is gone for now but why did it happen in the first place?

Getting the same issue right now and it's not fixed for me. Was working perfectly yesturday.

It was a DB scaling issue which was fixed.

This is affecting my clients and current builds im implementing. Second time within a week that this type of thing has happened
need this to be resolved asap as i have to deliver this voice assistant tomorrow @Sahil
