"transfer the call now"

06/19/2024, 2:46 PMno matter what I say in the prompt, the assistant keeps saying "transfering the call now" and doesn't do a preamble like I told it to.
(I even tried putting in -- Don't just say "transfer the call now".) But this doesn't work and it keeps "trasnfering the call now"
