call forwarding and data extraction not working

The agent states that it will or has transferred the call to the number I have specified but does not initiate the transfer. Additionally the call extraction via end of call report is really hit and miss managed to get it working on one call but hasn't worked since. For call forwarding I set this up via the dashboard under functions and then also updated my prompt to use the number specified to transfer the call.
For data extraction, I used the analysis tab on the dashboard created a prompt to extract the data as well as create a data schema via the dashboard.

hey for call transfer can you trying using the similar, trigger the 'transferCall' function.
For call analysis please update the timeout to 20/30 seconds it will work. 1. Make a patch request to update your asssistant analysis part. summaryRequestTimeoutSeconds structuredDataRequestTimeoutSeconds successEvaluationRequestTimeoutSeconds 2. First to 20 seconds to check if works if not then update to 30 seconds it will work
because sometimes processing takes time so you won't get the data immediately

Hi @Shubham Bajaj , I just had the same issue since yesterday regarding call forwarding, I found the main cause after a bunch of testing, the issue happens if there is a knowledge base file selected, it works fine without a knowledge base connected.
