@Eddie I'm here to help you with that! To assist you effectively, could you please provide me with the specific voice IDs that are not working for you through the API? Additionally, it would be helpful to know if you're receiving any error messages when you try to use these voices.
You can continue this conversation by mentioning me in the message.

@Eddie Thank you for providing the voice ID "sarah." To troubleshoot the issue, I'll need a bit more information: 1. Are you using the correct voice ID in your API request? 2. Could you share the exact error message you're receiving, if any? 3. Have you checked if there are any restrictions or additional configurations required for using "sarah" in your API calls? Once I have this information, I'll be able to assist you more effectively. If everything seems correct on your end, it might be a good idea to check the API documentation once more to ensure that the voice ID is being used in the proper format and context. If the problem persists, please let me know so we can explore further solutions.

When I check the create call documentation the names are not the same names as in the dashboard
v
@Eddie I understand the confusion that can arise when the names in the dashboard do not match those in the documentation. This could be due to different naming conventions or updates that have not been reflected in the documentation. To resolve this, you can try the following steps: 1. Ensure that you are using the latest version of the API documentation. 2. Verify that the voice ID "sarah" is correctly spelled and formatted as per the API's expected input. 3. If possible, cross-reference the voice ID with any example requests or the API schema to ensure compatibility. If you're still experiencing issues, it might be necessary to reach out to the support team with the specific details of the discrepancy. They can provide you with the correct voice IDs to use in your API calls or update the documentation accordingly. Would you like me to guide you on how to reach out to the support team for further assistance?

@Eddie Great! To get in touch with the support team for further assistance, you can follow these steps: 1. Visit the support section of the VAPI dashboard. 2. Look for a 'Contact Support' or 'Help' option. 3. Submit a detailed description of your issue, including the discrepancy between the voice names in the dashboard and the API documentation, and mention that the voice ID "sarah" is not working as expected. 4. Include any error messages you've received and the steps you've already taken to try to resolve the issue. The support team should be able to provide you with the correct voice IDs and help you resolve any issues with the API. They may also update the documentation if necessary.
