On my "account" page there is no place to enter a server URL to have a phone number call a webhook for configuration details. I only have a settings block for email.

@vanguy It sounds like you're looking to set up a server URL for your phone number to handle incoming calls through a webhook. If you're not seeing the option to enter the server URL on your "account" page, it could be that the interface has changed or there might be an issue with your account settings. To assist you further, I would need to know if you have already acquired a phone number through our service and if you have the necessary permissions to configure call handling. If you do have a phone number and the correct permissions, the server URL field should be available in the phone number's configuration settings. If you're still unable to find where to enter the server URL, please reach out to our support team for more detailed assistance. They will be able to guide you through the process or resolve any issues you might be encountering.

I imported the number from Twilio. I am the only user and owner of the account so assume permissions
On my settings page there is a field "Server URL; The URL of your Vapi server." But that does not save what I enter into the text box.

@vanguy It seems there might be a technical issue with saving the Server URL in your account settings. Since you have the necessary permissions as the owner of the account, this should typically not be a problem. To address this issue, please try the following steps: 1. Ensure that the URL you are entering is correctly formatted (e.g.,
https://www.example.com/webhook
). 2. Clear your browser cache and cookies, or try using a different browser to see if the issue persists. 3. Make sure that there are no browser extensions or plugins that might be interfering with the functionality of the settings page. If after these steps the problem remains, I recommend reaching out to our support team for further assistance. They will be able to look into the issue more deeply and provide a resolution. Would you like me to guide you on how to contact support or is there anything else I can assist you with right now?

How do I reach out to a support team member?
v
@vanguy To reach out to a support team member, you can typically follow these steps: 1. Visit the official website of the service you're using. 2. Look for a 'Support' or 'Help' section, which is often found in the website's footer or main menu. 3. Within the 'Support' or 'Help' section, you may find various options such as a support ticket system, email address, live chat, or a phone number to contact support. 4. Choose the method of contact that you prefer and provide them with the details of your issue, including any steps you've already taken to try to resolve it. If you're unable to find the contact information, or if the website does not provide clear instructions on how to reach support, you can also try looking for a 'Contact Us' page for additional contact methods. Would you like me to initiate a support ticket for you regarding the issue with saving the Server URL in your account settings?
