calls stopped speaking

Having an issue where the phone calls just stops responding. It still shows up in the call transcription as if the assistant talked, but after the first sentence in the call it doesn’t say anything back audio wise. Using elevenlabs voice, and I’ve tried changing voices, voice providers, assistants, toggling on and off end call function etc. any tips would be greatly appreciated.

I just tried and still the agent is not answering and now is worse because the agent does not say the initial message
