For some reason i dint get the end of call report . Need to extract the voice call audio file and cannot do it for my life. Vapi has so much potential but so many bugs . I finished my appointment setter for my business and a week later needed to scratch it off again because of all the reliability issues.

That does not come in the end of call report. So get the callID.... Also should use the API.

What api?, i use the vapi assistant with tools using a webhook with make.com for each tool since i have one for checking availibility and the other one for doing the appointment. Should i make another one solely for the end of call report using the call id. I’m only for the call audio URL to extract??

For this make sure HIPAA Compliance is disabled and Audio Recording is enabled .
You get these in advanced -> Privacy .

can you share the call id for which you didn;t recieved end of call report.
