Hi, i am trying to figure out how this new system works, but i am having doubts - How do i compare the new system with the current one, i need to know if this new is better for me. - Can i switch back in case i need to? - Is there any documentation about that? - how the concurrency call limit increase will be paid? - Do i need tokens to get calls, increase the call limits and services?

Hey the new billing system works on wallet, you recharge the wallet and can start using Vapi Service. Instead of paying at month end now you topup your wallet first. Regarding concurrency default limit is 10 but you can purchase more lines as an add on plan and have to pay up front monthly.
