Hello hope your doing well , i added credits to my account and i still have the billing limits , when i switched to credit-charges i cant see the credit limit , can you help me fix this please ?
v
@Sayleez Hello! I'm glad to assist you. It sounds like there might be an issue with the credits not being properly applied to your account or a delay in the system updating your credit limit. To help resolve this, I can guide you through a few steps: 1. Please double-check that the transaction for adding credits was successful and that your payment method was charged. 2. Verify if the credits are showing in your account balance on the dashboard. 3. If the credits are showing but you're still encountering billing limits, there might be a synchronization issue. If you've already done these checks and the issue persists, I would recommend reaching out to our support team for a detailed look into your account. They can provide more specific assistance and ensure that your credits are applied correctly. Would you like me to guide you on how to contact support, or is there anything else I can assist you with right now?
You can continue this conversation by mentioning me in the message.
Got it. Tagging @User for additional help.

@Sayleez I'm glad to hear that your wallet balance has increased with the $5 credit. If the credits are now showing correctly in your account but you're still seeing billing limits, it could be that the credits have not yet been allocated to lift those limits. This can sometimes take a little time to update. If after a short while the billing limits are still in place and you're unable to see the credit limit as expected, I would suggest reaching out to our support team for a more in-depth investigation. They can check the status of your account and ensure that everything is set up correctly. Would you like me to provide you with information on how to contact support, or is there anything specific you would like me to do to assist you further?

Cant i do a ticket here ? @Vapi
v
@Sayleez I apologize for any confusion. As a support bot for VAPI, I'm here to help you with general inquiries and guidance. However, for account-specific issues like billing discrepancies, it's best to create a support ticket directly through the official support channels where a dedicated support team member can assist you with your account details securely. If you're unable to access the support section or have difficulty navigating the process, I can provide you with more detailed instructions or alternative contact methods if available. Please let me know how you would like to proceed, and I'll do my best to assist you.
