Our assistant (ID: 13ae016f-ae0a-4c54-a23a-02616246c1d3) correctly says the first sentence, "Hola, soy Celeste de Kavak, ¿tengo el gusto de hablar con {{first_name}} {{last_name}}?" and waits for the customer to respond. However, when the customer responds the bot takes 3 to 5 seconds to reply, which creates confusion for the customer and causes the dialogue to start poorly. This problem does not occur later in the conversation. Do you have any tips or configurations you would recommend to minimize this lag?
