Are you using Transient agents or a VAPI agent you admin via the dashboard?
Might want to make sure the prompt for the agent is being loaded.

what transcriber do you have what language is being spoken/transcribed?
has it worked in the past and stopped working or always not worked?
Have a prompt, but even when using Vapi blocks the same thing happens

try. simple prompt like "You are a pirate and will answer my questions" to see if that works
also remove the KB and start from base and see if it at least works there
then start to add things back in
also for transcriber (speech to text) what are you using and what language is being spoken?

ok cool and speaking EN too correct? i find if i speak another language with the wrong transcriber it wont work well
ok so update the prompt to the simple one and then see if at least the agent responds when you test, also remove the KB

Yeah speaking EN-GB, after removing the knowledge base it works
Do you know why it won't work with the KB?

ok so we know the KB may be the issue.
Maybe the KB file is corrupted? it noticed its a PDF
try another PDF with some details in it, very simple, and see if it finds those details
narrow down from the PDF, where did you ge tthe PDF does it have anything strange about it?

@MB try using other LLM provider or use assistant except blocks.
