I keep getting my calls cut it says phone call provider closed web socket

I’m getting it consistently and it’s quite frustrating it just cuts unexpectedly Someone mentioned it’s because I have the answering machine detection on but I can’t find where to turn that off again it’s disappeared from my dashboard What details do you need
