Transcriber performance is down

I normally use the Dutch DeepGram transcriber for my voice agent, but today this and all the other transcribers are behaving horribly: the audio, clearly audible, is not being transcribed. I saw that it was due to a common issue currently. My question is this: how will I know about issues when they happen? We are building agents for other parties to rely on. If the service is going to be down in performance, I would need to know to signal them. Is there a way for me to know about this before it is too late?

@Kirubel Gebre I understand the importance of staying informed about service issues, especially when you're providing services to others. To ensure you're notified about any issues as they happen, you can subscribe to status updates or incident reports from the service provider. Many providers offer a status page where they report on the health of their services, and you can often subscribe to receive notifications via email, SMS, or webhooks. If you're using the Deepgram transcriber or any other provider, I recommend checking if they have a status page or a subscription service for incident reports. Additionally, you might want to implement a monitoring system within your application that can detect when the transcription service is not performing as expected, so you can proactively inform your clients or switch to a backup service if necessary. If you need more specific information on how to set up these notifications or monitoring for the transcribers you're using, please ask support for more info on this.
