I purchased a phone number via Twilio under my company account and assigned it to an assistant in Vapi. However, when I call the number, I receive an error message stating that the number is invalid. How to resolve this issue? Thanks in advance!

@smartjobs I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with your Twilio phone number. Let's try to resolve this step by step: 1. **Verify the Number**: Ensure that the phone number you purchased is correctly entered and formatted in the Vapi system. Double-check for any typos or formatting errors. 2. **Check Twilio Configuration**: Log in to your Twilio dashboard to confirm that the number is active and properly configured. Make sure there are no restrictions that might be causing the error. 3. **Import the Number to Vapi**: If you haven't already, use the
/phone-numbers/import
endpoint with your Twilio credentials to verify the number and configure it with Vapi services. This step is crucial to ensure that Vapi recognizes the number and can handle calls made to it. 4. **Review Assistant Settings**: Make sure that the assistant assigned to the number in Vapi is correctly set up to receive calls. Check any routing or availability settings that might affect incoming calls. If you've gone through these steps and the issue persists, please provide me with any error codes or messages you're receiving so I can assist you further. If necessary, I can guide you through the import process or check the configuration for you.

1. I've imported the number from twilio, so it can't be wrong
2. what should I check? 3. already done 4. the assistant seams to be correctly configured
It works now. The webhook was configured at US but we are routing via Irland.
