When I upload a document to the knowledgebase, the AI does not seem to acknowledge it and pull data from it.

Hey @Emerson I have checked with the team, as of know KB is not working because we are in phase of migrating to other KB providers in this week. I am really sorry for the inconvenience, for alternatives you can use custom tools which makes api calls to external KB.
