Hi, I'm getting this Subscription not Active: Status Past Due error message today while I have no past due on my account. Please look into this ASAP. Org_ID- 3ea76e5e-8c87-488f-ac0a-4732beb65f4d
Can someone help me with this ASAP?

Hi, @User Yes I replaced the older card that was causing payment issue with a new card.

@Shubham Bajaj I don't know who else to tag, so I'm tagging you. It has been more than a day since Vapi has not been working for me. As you can see, all the past invoices are paid. Hey @crypticatul can you try now the subscription status has been marked to active.
Most likely because of previous billing changes your account status got marked with status past_due.
