I have 10 calls in queue that are also not been connected

Thanks a lot! Further question: we are using the Vapi SDK for web calling, and I thought this concurrency limit only affects inbound/outbound calls. Is this limit issue we're experiencing a one-time occurrence, or do we actually have a permanent limit on web calling?
