There are roughly 25 charges of $10 each in last 5 days for account prod@phoneninjas.ai Is this the right place to report this?

@Achal did you set your wallet threshold value to 10 before?

No I did not set the threshold to $10 but it looks like the default was set to $10 and after I noticed the issues I changed it to $100. Our average spend for a month is around $900 but this autocharge alone was $10 * 25 = $2500 and I don't see any inovice for it. Could you reverse these charges because our volumnes haven't gone much significantly. This is a major issue in billing.

Hi achal, your usage was 600, and your total auto-reload was 250. As your auto-reload was set with a threshold of 10 and reload of 10, the auto-reload was triggered this many times

Why don't you believe me when I say that my card was charged over 25 times $10 each time. I will email you credit card transactions and screenshots from Vapi dashboard. This is very annoying and difficult! Is there an email you prefer to email other than support@vapi.ai ?

Sorry Bryant, I misread your reply. I think we are good here. I still like to know if I can get a monthly invoice at the end of the month to tally up all the usage for the month.

We have switched to credit based billing so you won't be able to get invoice at the end of month (cummulative invoice).

There has been a history of issues with my account with overcharges. Looks like the only option will be for me to manually tally the invoices at end of the month? Even for $100 charges that happened recently is there a way to match call volume or minutes to credits consumed? Right now the invoice just says 100 credits

@Achal I remember all of the pass issues, but now our billing has changed and all those issues have been fixed by @bryant .
