I have calls ending in less than 10 seconds with a message of Max Duration Exceeded while my assistants are on the default call limit of 10 minutes, we've been using these assistants for over a month now everything seems fine until now, calls getting Max Duration Exceeded. while our twilio and elevenlabs is all fine on the backend.

1. Starting Date & time is Dec 28, 2024, 10:57 AM 2. Max Duration Exceeded is shown at the Ended Reason. 3. All calls triggered via webhooks, while testing calls via vapi assistant page is working fine. 4. No clear change, this is a new sub account was still on trial mode, I upgraded with a $20 balance and still same issue.
