Hi, I am trying to test inbound calls but calls fails. Tell them to send the request directly to sip.vapi.ai not 44.238.177.138 then it will work.

@Shubham Bajaj this is what I received from my service provider “We are unable to provide the PCAP file as it contains sensitive network information, And sharing it would conflict with our network security policy. However, we can provide screenshots containing the relevant information you are looking for."

@Invorto As @Sahil and I already mentioned, ask your provider to send the request directly to sip.vapi.ai instead of 44.238.177.138, which you can verify in the shared screenshot is not being done.

Tell them to send dummy authentication credential and it will bypass the 401 issue.

@Sahil hi Sahil. They said, when they send the request to the domain, they cannot send authentication credentials.

We would require authentication credential cause from our end we don't have IP based authentication.

for inbound part, it is necessary for the provider to route the call to termination URI
you can't do it without it.
