How is it different compared to use the Prompt in VAPI? @Shubham Bajaj @Vapi @User

@FaresAhmed Creating an Assistant in VAPI is a process that involves setting up a new instance that can handle specific tasks and interact with users through voice commands. On the other hand, using a Prompt within VAPI typically refers to crafting the messages or questions that the Assistant will use to interact with users. Prompts are the individual pieces of dialogue that guide the conversation, while the Assistant is the overall system that uses these prompts to communicate. If you need more detailed information on how to create an Assistant or how to use Prompts in VAPI, please let me know, and I can provide step-by-step instructions or direct you to the appropriate documentation.

Voiceflow provides you with the benefit of utilizing their conversational and reasoning\-enhancing logic behind the scenes, rather than solely relying on your prompting skills. Essentially, the drag\-and\-drop user interface is designed to offer logical prompting that is specifically tailored to address prompting challenges through a structured approach, which is effective in most instances. Let me know your thoughts on this.

Thanks @Shubham Bajaj for the information. I was actually referring to some videos and documentation. Is it easy to integrate VAPi with Voiceflow? Do we need a seperate server /sandbox to facilitate this? Becuase most of the online resources mention about using the app Voiceglow.

@FaresAhmed At this time, there is no documentation or tutorial available beyond our official collaboration. Therefore, I recommend utilizing either the collaboration process with Voiceflow-custom LLM and VAPI or VAPI in conjunction with Assistant Prompting. Do let me know your thoughts on this.
