What are the facts driving latency for Vapi outbiund agent? Is this system prompt only? Do we have any best practices which we need to follow? We are using Eleven Labs voice api here.

@dl_amit VAPI's low latency for outbound agents is driven by several factors, including optimized network infrastructure, efficient voice processing algorithms, and robust server architecture. While the system is designed to be prompt and responsive, the latency can also be influenced by the quality of the internet connection and the geographic distance between the servers and the end-users. As for best practices, here are some recommendations to ensure optimal performance when using VAPI with Eleven Labs Voice API: 1. **Network Quality**: Ensure a high-quality, stable internet connection. Use wired connections over wireless where possible to reduce variability in latency. 2. **Server Location**: Choose a server location that is geographically close to your user base to minimize network latency. 3. **Code Optimization**: Write efficient code with minimal overhead to ensure that your application processes voice data quickly. 4. **Concurrency**: Handle multiple voice streams concurrently to make better use of resources and reduce waiting times. 5. **Caching**: Use caching for frequently accessed data to reduce the need for repeated queries. 6. **Monitoring**: Continuously monitor the performance and latency of your voice applications and adjust as needed. 7. **Updates**: Keep your systems and dependencies up to date to benefit from the latest performance improvements. 8. **Documentation**: Follow the documentation provided by VAPI and Eleven Labs for any specific integration guidelines and tips. If you have any specific questions or need further assistance with best practices, please let me know, and I'd be happy to help!

@Shubham Bajaj Can you pl help how we can monitor performance and can implement caching?

Hey @dl_amit To help track down this issue, could you share: The call ID When exactly this happened (the timestamp) What response you expected to get What response you actually got instead This would really help me figure out what went wrong!
