Voicemail “tool” vs voicemail Twilio detection

Hi Support. My clients biggest gripe is that the ai doesn’t always detect voicemails, and when it doesn’t it does the first message instead of the voicemail. Right now we are using twilio’s detection settings, but i saw in another reply from @Shubham Bajaj a recommendation to use the voicemail tool. If i use that, will can i configure the message in the api settings? And will it be in the voice of the agent?
