So like why when you give vapi assistant questions in the prompts labeling it from 1-5 a lot of times it just skips the questions or doesn’t go in order or sometimes just completely skips every single question?

two problems, one you're using 3.5t second is that those older llms are horrible at at understanding the positional encodings of words.
