Hi, I have a query regarding - Call Logs Deletion. I tried deleting them but its still seen on the Vapi account, how to delete the logs and the api request and start fresh.

@Moiz Contractor can you share the call ID for which you have made the DELETE /call/:id but logs still exisits.

Thanks @Shubham Bajaj for replying to my query. I am attaching an entire list of call ids which I deleted but they are still seen on my dashboard. I think I got a soft delete and its still there. What we need is a Hard delete and that would be only possible from the back-end side (Vapi's server side). Could you please delete everything so I can start fresh without any confusion?

No @Shubham Bajaj There are still there. I checked in two different browsers, hoping maybe there might be a cache problem. But they are there!

It is deleted but there is no recording or anything like this!

Hey, we won't be able to completely remove all these things. The best which we can do it to complete the whole account and you can setup the assistant via API.

complete the whole account - means? ---> Delete the account? But that even I can do and setup everything again which, I dont want to... Also I didnt understand the second part too...Setup the assistant via API....??

Yes, you will need to create a new account and what we can do is transfer the whole things to your new account. That's the best we can do.
