Squads - Transfer after X minutes

02/09/2025, 11:58 PMHave been using squads to transfer calls between assistants. I now want to trigger responses and transfer between assistant based on time. For example: Product info assistant - at 4.5 minutes into the call, say I only have 30 seconds left with you. At 5 minutes, say I’m going to transfer you to sales and transfer the call to the sales assistant. How can I do this?

However, can I send a transfer message using a different "type" message? I couldn't see anything in your API docs.

I have also tried https://docs.vapi.ai/squads/silent-transfers#squad-and-assistant-configurations with no luck.

- The call ID
- When exactly this happened (the timestamp)
- What response you expected to get
- What response you actually got instead
This would really help us figure out what went wrong!
