A customer said the call ended as soon as the picked up, Vapi says unknown error. The call ID was: dfafbaa9-3e48-4296-81fc-38b0ede7c909 Could this be looked into to see if we can figure out why it got an error so we can make it not happen again

can you paste the call_id over here? Also, would suggest you to take a look at twilio logs. You might have better logs around it.

We're still see the same erorr here a few calls today 3/18/25. We have the hook configured to transfer these out but the call just dies before it can transfer out.
