Workflow Agent Won't Speak via API

We're using the create call API and testing in Postman. If I select VAPI as the provider I receive the call but only here the backgound office noise but AI won't talk. If I change to OpenAI the agent speaks but has no access or context from the workflow. This works fine on the agent without workflow. Is there a setting I have correct for when Vapi is the provider?

Hey, I guess you have mistakenly shared the wrong call ID because I couldn't find any logs and records related to it.
