Hey all, I’ve got 3 agents in a squad. The first functions as a receptionist, which then can transfer to 2 separate agents. I just can’t seem to get them to silently transfer between each other. I keep getting the default notification about transferring the call. I’ve tried adding “trigger the transferCall tool with ‘assistantName’ Assistant in the global prompts. Left the opening message blank for the other (not first) agents. Also updated the API to change the firstMessageMode to “assistant-speaks-first-with-model-generated-response”. I just can’t seem to crack this one.
