Price question

We’ve been reviewing the pricing for calls across different layers. Some of our numbers are ported from Twilio, while others are directly provided by Vapi. - Could you clarify where the cost for telephony from Twilio/Vapi numbers is reflected? Is it included in the Vapi costs, or is it stored elsewhere (I don't find it in the dashboard or the log sent to our server)? https://docs.vapi.ai/billing/cost-routing - Additionally, if we want to retrieve the voice minute costs from Twilio, can we update the Call status changes to point to our server URL to receive the request? Would doing this impact anything internally within Vapi, especially considering the status URL is set to https://api.vapi.ai/twilio/status after porting the number into Vapi? https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1351994326686634085/1351994327198597272/Screenshot_2025-03-19_at_11.49.48_AM.png?ex=67dc6656&is=67db14d6&hm=50adb6676f4b8626a3c83c7e6c8d13891f4fe9d28c8f68e5a1bc777425521e2a&

Here's how it breaks down: 1. **Cost Charging Locations**: - Costs for telephony calls made using numbers ported from Twilio will appear on your Twilio account. Specifically, charges for inbound/outbound phone calls will be billed where the phone number was originally provisioned. Therefore, if a number is imported from Twilio, the per-minute charges for its use will show up in your Twilio account, not in your Vapi account. - For numbers directly provided by Vapi, you will see the charges within your Vapi account, which includes a flat fee of $0.05 per minute that Vapi charges for calls (Transport costs such as telephony will be incurred at a rate set by the provider). 2. **Cost Retrieval**: - If you would like to obtain voice minute costs from Twilio, you are able to update the call status URL to direct requests to your server. It is important to note that doing this will not impact the internal functionality of Vapi.
