Hello @Shubham Bajaj @AiTitus :) One more thing I am trying to get dynamic varialbes that I can use during the call that is stored in my database. how I can do that using dashboard without doing any code

Hi there! 👋 I'd be happy to help you with using dynamic variables from your database. Based on what I've found, there isn't a direct no-code method explicitly documented for retrieving database variables through the Vapi dashboard. However, I'd like to understand more about your specific setup to provide better guidance. Could you share: 1. What type of database are you using? 2. Are you considering any specific integration tools like Make (formerly Integromat) or Go High Level that might connect with Vapi? 3. Have you explored the Tools section in the Vapi dashboard's Build area? This might contain options for database connections. 4. Would you be open to using a third-party integration platform that offers no-code solutions if the dashboard doesn't have this capability built-in? This information would help me suggest the most appropriate approach for your needs! I want to use make so I want it like when a caller calls it should automatically get teh details and greet caller with thier name @User

Hey this can only be done using code/no-code/low-code. So you have to use either of them, it cannot be done without them so, I'll suggest go through this through the video below, it will help you understand how to use dynamic variables

Thank you @Shubham Bajaj @User @User I was able to add that but on call logs it shows no assistant assigned and due to that I am not able to get insights of call on dashboard like chatdash
Is there a way to get insights for this chatbots in chatdash bcx there they only ask for agent id but in calls logs at vapi shows no assistant assigned and even chatdash is blank when I connect it to my agent?
@Shubham Bajaj @User Any help with this??
?

@Parth0774 can you share the call ID?

Many times it wont show an assistant if its a transient assistant in the call logs.

@AiTitus :) I addes phone id to it and i can see agent
but cannot see the call details in overview

is this in chat dash or vapi that the issue is happening?
can you try just a standard VAPI default assistant and run it and see if there are logs? are you doing a transient agent btw or just setting it up on the VAPI dashboard?
