To make a good prompt should you give it a script or directions on what to say? I notice when given a script, it sometimes says weird stuff. Anh better way to do this? Does lenght of prompt affect anything? Does giving the ai goals make it better

## Structured Prompts > Scripts When AI models read scripts verbatim or produce unexpected outputs, it's better to use structured directions instead. Break your prompt into clear sections:

Hey! To help track down this issue, could you share: - The call ID - When exactly this happened (the timestamp) - What response you expected to get - What response you actually got instead This would really help us figure out what went wrong!

Hey, really sorry for your experience. If possible, could you record a loom video describing this error/behavior or inconsistency in the dashboard with the steps to reproduce it? That way, I can share this with my team, and we'll take a look. We'll even try to reproduce the same so we can fix it for you. Also, I'll request you to share your assistant ID.
