I just get the Options on my Firewall but Not the invite to establish the call. Is Theresa y posibilit ir you can confirm from which Ports valí si sending the call. To help track down this issue, could you share one or two: - When exactly this happened (the timestamp) - What response you expected to get - What response you actually got instead This would really help us figure out what went wrong!

Heppened today at 00:30 am and we expected the call to connect to the customer and the error was found on the call log status
