I don't want to be using this complex node matching page for workflows. I just want to use AI to write in JSON then paste it in. Why can't we make it that easy?

You can't currently paste JSON directly into the Vapi workflow dashboard, but you can create or update workflows by sending your JSON to the API. For example:

This lets you use AI to generate your workflow JSON and submit it directly, skipping the visual editor. Note: There's no dashboard feature for pasting raw JSON at this time.
