I’ve tried selecting both a newly created and existing query tool in the new workflows but all I see in the tool node is the “call transfer” tool.

It appears that in the new Vapi workflows, only the "call transfer" tool is currently available as a direct tool node in the workflow builder UI. If you need to use a query tool, try attaching it to your assistant (not the workflow) and then use an "Assistant" node in your workflow to leverage the assistant's tools. Add your query tool to the assistant, save and republish, only tools linked to the assistant will appear in the workflow tool node..

@Kings_big💫 sorry, i dont understand - i don't see any assistant option in the new workflow - only "conversation" and there's no option to link a tool there.

Go to your Vapi dashboard → Organization settings → Server URLs, enter your webhook endpoint, and optionally set authentication, this will apply globally unless overridden by individual assistant or number settings..
