All calls using 11labs are failing. Tried rotating API keys, switching voices, switching models, tried the voices on 11labs website(that works). The initial static message does come trough (so that one is being generated), but whenever it has to generate a TTS during the call it fails and the calls stops. I can implement a fallback plan for now but can someone please help me get to the bottom of this? Thanks. error, could you confirm if you recently updated your ElevenLabs API key or made any changes to your Vapi assistant's configuration (such as voice/model settings or streaming options) just before the issue started? No changed nothing, the error suddenly occurred. Tried changing keys and config after the issue, nothing using 11 labs seems to come trough!

I got the exact same issue (and I didn't update my API key) This is failing 100% of my calls and hurting my business...

yes, and the bug is on all call and all voices, not sure asking a call id will be help... looks like a general outage

Just to keep you in loop, there is an issue when using your own 11labs key and we are taking a look onto it. Meanwhile, if you remove the key it will fix it for now and then you can switch back.
