Hey, my auto reload is failing and trying to add credits manually is failing. It says "Loading captcha". This is super urgent. All my cards get declined
I have identified the bug. You are getting an 401 from Cloudflare.

Try after 24hrs. The card is getting declined.
most likely blocked by stripe for security reasons

Me too.
I had a card working. Stopped. Added a card. Stopped working.
Now, literally cant pay you. Out of cards.
I have a live installment, we are responsible. If this is down, to us being unable to pay. I dont know what to say.
We are forced to find a replacement tomorrow.

Look forward to hearing anything. All the cards I add, are being charged regularly by other online services, I had at least three of them working on VAPI. But then just stop. I suspect you might have changed your billing method, to something fringe. Or your implementation is blocking the SCA card confirmation that normally pops up for all european costumers. Because I usually get that everywhere, but not when I add a card to VAPI.
How long will the services be available ? I am not looking for handouts, we have money and can pay. But I need to know what sort of timeline.

Same here, this needs to be resolved, soon all of my clients will run out of credits, and that's unfortunate. I have tried two different cards now, that ive never used on vapi before

Hey @Shubham Bajaj Today I discovered, with talking with by bank. That the problem is the payments have been labelled as potential fraud. This was a problem across banks. I am in Europe. With some work, I was able to get a specific card to work. I believe, not having SCA enabled, makes this worse. So tip for @Relatasso , talk to your bank! VAPI might be flagged, esp if you are in Europe.

@Relatasso Based on the error message we are getting, the card is declined because the transaction was not allowed, which caused this issue. Well, I will be talking to the team about it today and getting some idea about what can be done here. I had to call my bank, and get Vapi approved. Another bank didnt want to do it. Very weird. Fixing SCA on the billing page willl probably help.

Update, i tried a 6th card now, it seemed to work. I guess I'll need to take some phones to my bank. Thanks for the support! @Sahil
