Hey we are planning to use vapi for our prod application. As the part of this we have build the agent & tested it using talk with assistant feature from vapi and twilio dev-phone. At that time everything working fine as expected but we are try to connect it with the actual mobile phone the issue occurs, there is in-completed in the sequence of agent, agent cannot complete the conversation there is lot of issue. The assistant speech is being interrupted due to the transcription endpointing plan. For English language, I recommend using the smart end pointing plan provider LiveKit, which offers customizable wait functions. Therefore, I suggest updating your start speaking plan to use LiveKit.
