Google Calender Connection and Nango Error
# support

I have two problems. The first is that I wanted to connect to my Google calendar, but when I did that, it doesn’t show it under Google Calender connections. When I click on connect Connect again, it says that the permission have already been assigned, but it shows it as connecting. The second problem is that i can’t get the nango connection to work, as it keeps giving me this error message like the one in the picture. I want my assistant to be able to access google calender or book appointments or delete changes. Furthermore, I don’t know where I can enter the connection Id and the provider key for nango https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1418974970385666048/1418974970738118837/Bildschirmfoto_2025-09-20_um_16.48.15.png?ex=68d012ec&is=68cec16c&hm=7150f0e7a3019292255f53066d8e467422c7df92b6a294221228eaa3133c3937&

To resolve the "Missing Nango configuration" error for Google Calendar, go to your Vapi Dashboard and ensure you've added your Nango connection under Providers Keys > Tools Provider > Google Calendar. After connecting, double-check that the correct credentials (connection ID and provider key) are set for the Google Calendar tool. If the connection still doesn't appear, try disconnecting and reconnecting your Google account, then re-authorize permissions. Tip: All required fields must be filled for the tool to work properly ([documentation reference](https://docs.vapi.ai/tools/google-calendar)). Same issue here
@Vapi Support Bot I’m having trouble with the Google integration. I tried disconnecting it from my Google account under “Third-party apps,” and it shows as disconnected there. However, when I attempt to reconnect, Google it it’s shown there but not working properly and giving me the same Nango error. In the YouTube tutorials I’ve seen, there’s supposed to be a “Disconnect” button in the Vapi dashboard, but I don’t see that option on my end. Could you please check why this isn’t showing up and help me get the connection? Thank you!

lets create a workaround on make.com
The issue is still ongoing: The Google Calendar integration is currently not working. Even after successful authentication, the connection stays on Connect and is not saved. This affects all accounts that need to create a new Google Calendar connection. A proper fix is urgently needed.
