If you are an admin, please go to dashboard.vapi.ai and login to verify your account or request an admin to verify your account. You might need to re-login(logout and login) to the dashboard.) can someone please from the support solve this problem , thanks.

Same issue here

I had the same issue, you have to log out and log back in. You’ll be prompted by veriff to verify your identity. You’ll need to provide a snapshot of your ID and photo of your self. I’m still experiencing issues though as the veriff has been stuck verifying for the last 30 minutes.
