Client just reported that their inbound is not working. Ended: Call.in progress.error vapifault worker not available- same issue as a week ago. Very disappointed with this

No change in set up. It is working now. But this is the second outage in about 2 weeks. The last one was over an hour long. I have high volume clients that rely on this service and its not a good look if it keeps going down like this
