To resolve the "Sign in failed - auth operation request denied" error: 1. Log into Dodgeball (the internal admin tool). 2. Locate the user account (mlatapi@hotmail.com) and unblock it. If you do not have access to Dodgeball, please escalate this issue to your admin or support team for unblocking. I am very disappointed and I do not intend to recommend Vapi to my students anymore because you do not resolve problems quickly and neither explain what to do to prevent this from happening again.
