O, zip, nothing, no ads on any platform. Our clients are given our VAPI affiliate link only after they have signed our contract and given a deposit for development. Then during onboarding we hand deliver them our affiliate link to create their VAPI account through our onboarding doc - which is hosted in GOOGLE DOCS (so this may be the issue? yet is hasn't been before). And, for one client, you just approved commission today 4/7 after previously rejecting some April and all of March, yet approving from JAN to FEB. Tell your VCs, your backers, your money handlers that we are bringing them long-term revenue through a solid customer base from us, a legitimate company SOL AUTOMATIC LLC- who is only currently getting our customers through real time human interaction, not content, not ads. I reviewed our TOLT account and many rightfully earned commissions have been rejected based on "AD CLICKS ARE NOT ACCEPTED". What ads? tell me, show me where you found that. Show me the IP trail, because I've never made any. Also you have rejected commissions on clients who have been VAPI customers for months! And you have approved their commissions from the start. Hi Oshi, Thank you for your response. I want to respectfully clarify that Tolt is the platform infrastructure — the commission approval and rejection decisions for your affiliate program are controlled exclusively by VAPI in your Tolt operator dashboard. Tolt's support team does not have the authority to reinstate commissions or adjust settings within your program. Only VAPI can do that. I will contact Tolt as you suggest, however I want to be clear that this does not resolve VAPI's obligations under our affiliate agreement, and the 10-business-day response window stated in my formal dispute notice I emailed yesterday to support@vapi.ai continues to run from the date of that notice. I look forward to VAPI's substantive response to the specific issues raised in my prior correspondence.

Hi, thank you for the confirmation, and so I'm not confused - just a few weeks ago, I spoke with you, @Oshi Raghav, about approved payments in TOLT that weren't paid to our account. You said you would take care of it - and then they were paid. So did you / VAPI authorize those payments at that time? The payments I'm referring to were January 2026 earnings, with net 15 FEB, and February 2026 earnings, net 15 MAR.
