I keep gettnig this error:Ended: Call.in progress.error vapifault speechmatics transcriber failed

How cna I resolve it??

That error usually means the Speechmatics transcription connection is failing, so Vapi ends the call because it can’t establish or maintain real-time speech recognition. It’s often caused by a temporary provider issue, bad config/credentials, or network/WebSocket instability between Vapi and Speechmatics. If it’s happening consistently, switching STT provider briefly can help confirm if it’s Speechmatics-specific or a broader integration issue.

IS there any support for customers with systems in Production that are not working due to an connector??!

I switched to Deepgram and switched back.. same error. I also tried creating a brand new assistant using the speech metrics transcription, same error. 

I have a system in production that's not working. Really, really request you to get this urgently fixed please
